About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive who can manage our Meta and Google ad campaigns, assist with social media posting/execution, and contribute to overall digital growth. If you also have good editing skills, it will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

* Monitor performance, optimize targeting, and achieve best possible ROI.

* Handle daily social media posting, scheduling, and execution across platforms.

* Coordinate with the creative team for content, captions, and campaign plans.

* Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

* Assist with basic video/photo editing if skilled (plus point).

* Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

* Understanding of performance metrics, budget management, and targeting.

* Social media execution abilities (posting, scheduling, coordination).

* Basic editing skills in Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro (preferred).

* Good communication and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

* Experience in managing ad budgets and delivering measurable results.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
