What you'll do

• Involve in various stages of the recruitment lifecycle - Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling
• Interview scheduling, negotiating and rolling out offers, following up with candidates until joining
• Identify the right candidates for the given position through various channels such as In-house database, job portals, referrals, campus, consultancies and others
• Maintain recruitment databases and presenting relevant reports as required from time to time
• Proactively creating a talent pipeline
• Provide ad-hoc support wherever necessary as per business needs

What are we looking for?

• 2 to 6 years of recruitment experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task through strong time management and prioritization skills
• Willing to work from office (Work location will be Tidel park, Coimbatore)

Levels of interview

Level 1 - Online English test (where you will demonstrate your command in the English language)

Level 2 - Face to face interview with the hiring manager
