o Monitoring and managing the recruitment process o Drafting offer letters and handling documentation process. o Responsible for employee onboarding and exit formalities. o Maintaining attendance records and leave management. o Maintain employee records ensuring legal and statutory compliance. (ESI, PF) o Assisting in drafting Hr policies and ensuring adherence to same . Skills:  Bachelor Degree Preferred.  Proven experience as Hr Generalist in F&B industry or any other relevant retail industry .  Strong Interpersonal, leadership & Communication Skills.  Strong understanding of labor laws and efficient Hr practices.  Proficient in MS office Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: total work: 3 years (Required) Application Deadline: 05/08/2023 Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025
