· Accountable for performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, like managing phone calls, responding to emails, greeting guests courteously · Responsible for scheduling appointments, organizing files and maintaining Clinic supplies. · Also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. · Create a welcoming, professional environment for customers. · Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability. · Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment. · Processing payments and maintaining accurate records, coordinating with other departments for guest services, ensuring a clean and tidy area. · Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. · Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
