Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. - Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and social media. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct interviews to assess candidates" knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes. - Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. - Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding of successful candidates. - Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws throughout the recruitment process. - Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.,
