As a Senior Recruiter at Dizits, you will play a crucial role in recruiting the initial team to support senior management. Your experience in handling all aspects of recruiting for non-technical jobs in the BFSI sector for 3-5 years will be highly valued. You will be responsible for: - Building a recruiting process and creating a pipeline of candidates - Managing end-to-end aspects of recruiting new employees - Assisting senior management with multi-tasking responsibilities Ideal candidates for this role are dynamic, hardworking, result-oriented individuals with outstanding communication skills.
