HR Internship

Role Overview: As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department with a range of administrative and operational tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and more while contributing to the company's success. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in posting job openings on various platforms. - Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates. - Maintain and update employee records and databases. - Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. - Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
