Web Designer

Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior designers, establish design standards, and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision is essential. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve design challenges. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, usability, and accessibility is also necessary. This position is based in Indore, MP, and involves working from the office.
