Web Designer

Future Varsity is seeking a skilled Website Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our Mumbai team as an immediate joiner. This role is vital in driving our digital presence and lead generation by designing, managing, and optimizing our institutional websites and program-specific microsites across campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design, maintenance, and updates of Future Varsity’s multi-campus websites and microsites using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, or Divi.
• Design conversion-focused landing pages and funnels tailored specifically to our Digital and Performance Marketing campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Ensure all websites and landing pages deliver fast loading speeds, mobile responsiveness, and seamless user experiences (UX).
• Collaborate closely with the SEO/SEM teams to ensure technical optimization of designs for search engines, site speed, and usability.
• Maintain consistent visual and brand messaging across all digital touchpoints according to brand guidelines.
• Use analytics tools and heatmaps to monitor user behavior and bounce rates, iterating design improvements based on data insights.
• Troubleshoot front-end issues and implement HTML/CSS customizations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of web design, UI/UX, or front-end development experience.
• Proficient in Figma or Adobe XD for prototyping and design workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience building websites with WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, or Divi.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for front-end modifications.
• Clear understanding of "design that sells" — balancing aesthetics with marketing/conversion goals.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience using heatmaps and analytics to optimize UX.
