Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for multiple roles.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate pipelines.
  

2. Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Support the end-to-end onboarding process.
  
• Ensure new hires have a smooth transition and positive experience.
  

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR documents, employee records, and databases.
  
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Assist in organizing engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
  
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance team motivation and workplace culture.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and HR Analytics.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
  
• Knowledge or academic background in

  Human Resource Management

  Employee Relations

  is preferred.

• Coursework or prior exposure to HR analytics.
  

Experience

• 01 year

  of relevant HR or recruitment experience (internships included).
