Information Technology Recruiter

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Additionally, you will screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions. You will conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential hires to assess their skills and fit for the role. Moreover, you will coordinate with hiring managers to schedule in-person or remote interviews with selected candidates. Lastly, you will follow up with applicants after interviews to ensure they are still interested in the position.
