Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Exp:10 +Yrs Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Majesco Billing to join our insurance technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in billing systems within the property and casualty (P&C) insurance domain, with a deep understanding of Majesco Billing platform functionalities. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into system requirements, and support the implementation, configuration, and testing of Majesco Billing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Majesco Billing within the organization. Analyze, document, and validate business requirements and processes related to billing operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment on deliverables. Define functional and non-functional system requirements for enhancements and customizations in Majesco Billing. Work with Majesco and third-party vendors on integration points and configurations. Assist in system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production validation. Support data mapping, billing rules configuration, payment processing, dunning, write-offs, and other billing features. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose resolutions related to the billing platform.
