Information Technology Security Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead IT Analyst in IT information system security and data analysis. This role goes beyond technical execution, involving team guidance, process optimization and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives that enhance IT process efficiency and security compliance while providing mentorship to the team members. · 5 to 8 years of experience in IT Information Security, with 3+ years specifically in leading IT Analysts. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the team in implementing Cybersecurity programs and oversee compliance with industry standards. Drive improvements, ensuring efficiency and alignment with project needs. Drive the meetings with customers to set expectations, provide support and engage appropriate stakeholders. Develop tactical measures to enforce risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Assist in monitoring and implementing security policies and practices. Monitor, track and report the service requests, incidents and black log items using the ticketing tools. Analyze and optimize data using Microsoft Excel for reporting and decision-making. Facilitate the team in documenting technical processes and contribute to team's knowledge base development. Provide technical leadership to the team, foster best practices and professional development within the team. Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports of the team's efforts. Collaborate with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure project success. Knowledge of IAM/PAM solutions like Active Directory, Azure AD, CyberArk, etc. Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or regulated industries.
