About the Role:

IT Recruiter

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across multiple departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with hiring trends and market insights.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in recruitment agencies or corporate HR teams.
  • Strong experience in recruiting for IT roles.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools(Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
