Role Overview

gear (strollers, car seats, baby carriers), Personal Care (Body Wash and lotion), Nursery ( high chair, Crib, Mattress)

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Trend Analysis

   
• Continuously monitor global and regional baby care market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer insights. 
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the current product range to drive brand differentiation and growth. 

• New Product Development

• Lead the end-to-end development of new products, from ideation to launch. 
• Work closely with design, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure safety, compliance, and user-centric functionality. 
• Develop detailed product specifications and briefs aligned with brand standards. 

• Vendor Sourcing & Management

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with international vendors and manufacturers. 
• Ensure suppliers meet standards for quality, safety, cost efficiency, and ethical compliance. 
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with global factories and suppliers. 

• Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordination

• Oversee purchasing processes for new and existing products, ensuring optimal cost and lead times. 
• Collaborate with logistics, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow. 

• Project Management

• Manage product development timelines and ensure on-time launches. 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align marketing, design, and commercial strategies for product rollouts. 

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of proven experience

  in product development and sourcing for baby care products, with strong exposure to international vendors. 
• Deep knowledge of product categories including strollers, car seats, carriers, feeding, diapering, bath & hygiene, nursery products, and toys. 
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
