1. Looking for an IT Recruiter with

   2–6 years of experience

   in end-to-end technical hiring.
2. Must be well-versed with job portals like

   LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, FoundIT

   .
3. Hands-on experience using

   Keka ATS

   for sourcing, tracking, and managing recruitment workflows.
4. Strong ability to source and close roles across

   Java, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, Data, ERP, QA

   , etc.
5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to screening, coordinating interviews, negotiation & offer rollout.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Should be proficient in

   Excel

   (dashboards, trackers) and

   PowerPoint

   (reports, presentations).
8. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple requisitions efficiently.
9. Experience with vendor coordination, referrals, and proactive market mapping.
