Collaboration & Documentation Partner with Business Analysts, Tech Leads, and QA to translate business logic embedded in Oracle code to scalable PostgreSQL logic. Maintain documentation on migration steps, schema differences, validation strategies , and rollback procedures. What Makes You the Perfect Fit 5+ years of experience in database development and migration across Oracle and PostgreSQL ecosystems. Strong expertise in PL/SQL and PL/ pgSQL , including stored procedures, error handling, and performance tuning. Deep understanding of data validation practices , SQL reconciliation, and performance bench marking. Hands-on with partitioning, indexing strategies, schema conversion , and legacy modernization workflows. Familiarity with version control, Agile practices, and collaborative development environments.
