Project Design & Engineering Lead and review engineering designs for rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems. Optimize system layout, equipment sizing, and generation projections using tools like PVsyst, ARKA Helioscope, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. Approve final drawings (SLDs, GA, stringing diagrams) and BOQs before execution. 2. Quality Assurance & Compliance Define quality control processes during design, procurement, and installation phases. Ensure compliance with relevant codes (IS, IEC) and statutory requirements (DISCOM, CEIG, MNRE). Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions on site issues. 3. Project Execution & Management Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering packages. Provide technical guidance to site teams during construction and commissioning. Track project progress, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure documentation. 4.
