Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support the companys distribution initiatives by strengthening relationships with key distributors and IFAs.
Drive market share and brand visibility by engaging with select partners and onboarding new distributors.
Conduct joint sales calls with team and assist in documentation, and provide product training support.
Gather and channel key market intelligence and feedback to the Products and Investments team.
Coordinate with the Investment team for product insights, distributor meetings, and conference calls.
Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience.
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal compliance standards, and uphold the firms brand values.
Ensure timely completion of mandatory certifications, KYC norms, and stay updated on latest regulatory changes.
Continuously enhance knowledge of products, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
