Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries. They will also be responsible for assessing client needs, providing suitable financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Client relationship management experience
• Knowledge of housing finance and financial products
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
