Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee, located in Indore. The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for supporting various departments in day-to-day operations, engaging in data analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in customer service. The role includes liaising with internal teams to streamline processes, participating in training programs, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Identify and approach potential customers for home loans and other financial products. Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to generate leads. Explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits to customers. Assist clients in completing loan applications and collecting documentation. Maintain relationships with channel partners, builders, and real estate agents. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide excellent post-sales service and support to customers.
