Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Tasks include identifying potential clients, building relationships with existing clients, handling client queries, and maintaining accurate records. The Relationship Manager will work closely with various teams to provide seamless service and ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

• Relationship Management and Client Handling skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including wholesale and retail funding
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
