Whats in it for You?

The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on sourcing, candidate engagement, and timely closures. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for technology positions.

What Will You Be Doing?

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, evaluating, interview coordination, and offer closure.
Drive strong sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, and advanced
Boolean/X-Ray techniques.
Build and sustain a continuous pipeline for recurring and niche technology roles.
Engage, track, and nurture passive candidates to support long-term hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified
candidates within timelines.
Maintain ATS hygiene, track candidate stages, and share weekly hiring reports.
Support improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

6 - 10 years of strong experience in IT recruitment.
Prior experience hiring for product companies or exposure to product development environments is preferred.
Expertise in sourcing using multiple platforms and advanced search methods.
Ability to manage multiple open positions with strong prioritization and execution skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities.
MBA in HR preferred.
