You will be working at Xeno, a company focused on developing enterprise marketing automation, loyalty, and customer data platforms for omnichannel retailers. As a Senior Talent Partner, your role will involve shaping talent strategy, leading end-to-end hiring processes for critical roles, and contributing to building high-performing teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the recruitment process for senior and niche positions in various functions - Collaborating with founders, leaders, and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies - Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, pipeline management, and talent mapping - Providing candidates with a positive experience that aligns with Xeno's culture and values - Utilizing data-driven insights for making informed hiring decisions - Enhancing the employer brand through content, outreach, and engagement with candidates - Improving hiring processes, frameworks, and interview structures continuously - Building and maintaining relationships with top talent while promoting diversity and inclusivity in hiring practices - Coaching hiring managers on best practices for interviews and evaluations To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS environments. Additionally, you should possess strong relationship-building skills, sourcing capabilities, and familiarity with modern recruiting tools. A data-driven approach to decision-making, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences are essential. Your ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high ownership mindset will be crucial.
