This is an end to end recruitment role and a basic understanding of what a normal day looks like is outlined here:Interface with hiring managers to understand manpower gaps.Understand skills needed and identify the target pool of candidates.Post jobs on portals, screen CVs from job portals, referrals, Linked-In.Speak with candidates and shortlist the ones that match the job description.Schedule interviews with hiring managers and adopt a consultative approach for feedback.Negotiate salaries, benefits, etc and roll out offer letters through HRMS.Following up & keeping candidates engaged till they join.Assisting in HR related projects / activities from time to time.Locations- Chandigarh/ Bengaluru
