Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Net2Source, you will be responsible for recruiting permanent and contract tech roles in the UAE. Your role will involve closely collaborating with the Sales Team and Account Managers in UAE to provide them with top-notch candidates in a dynamic and competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 5+ years of overall recruiting experience to source and attract top talent for tech roles in the UAE. - Leverage your 3+ years of recent experience in recruiting for both contract and permanent positions in the UAE market. - Demonstrate your understanding of the UAE market and demographics to identify suitable candidates. - Apply your knowledge of UAE labor laws, benefits, visa processes, etc., to ensure compliance and efficiency in recruitment practices. - Showcase excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders. - Build strong connections and rapport with candidates through impactful phone conversations. Qualifications: Must haves: - 5+ years of overall recruiting experience. - 3+ years of recent experience recruiting contract and permanent roles in UAE. - Understanding of the UAE market and demographics. - Knowledge of the UAE labor laws, benefits, visa process, etc. - Excellent Communication Skills (Oral & Written). - Ability to build a connection over a call.
