Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end
PAN India recruitment
for Salon Service Providers.
Build and manage a strong
network with Beauty Academies, NGOs
, and regional partners.
Fulfill salon-wise manpower requirements across multiple locations.
Handle
mass hiring drives
and
bulk onboarding of freshers
from beauty institutes.
Maintain an updated and reliable
database of blue-collar salon talent
.
Establish strong recruitment ties with
North India-based salon industry partners
.
Coordinate with salon operations teams to ensure recruitment timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Roles:

Proven experience in
blue-collar or frontline hiring
, especially in
Salon/Retail industries
.
Strong sourcing capabilities and recruitment strategy for high-volume roles.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with academies, NGOs, and local communities.
Ability to communicate fluently in
Tamil, English, and Hindi
.
