Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end bulk hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets.
Ensure all documentation and onboarding processes are completed on time.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in BPO, retail, or staffing industry is a plus.
