About the Role:

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for
IT positions
(Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time) in the
US market
.
Work on
end-to-end recruitment
from requirement analysis to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Utilize job boards such as
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed
, and internal databases.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly.
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and vendors.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance goals for submittals, interviews, and placements.
Stay updated with current market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
in any discipline.
1–4 years
of experience in
US IT Recruitment
(bench sales or end-client staffing experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of
US employment types
(W2, 1099, C2C) and
work authorization types
(US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with major
job portals
and
ATS tools
.
Ability to work independently in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Willing to work
US night shifts
.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with
direct clients
or
Tier-1 vendors
.
Familiarity with
VMS systems
(e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator).
Basic understanding of
US geography and tax terms
.
