Good interpersonal and team coordination skills Responsible for maintaining Good Process Management Responsible for Team Performance Management Experience working with Direct Clients. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies. - Experience in Recruiting C2C,C2H Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate. Experience using recruiting portals like Naukri, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Should have excellent communication skills. Required Experience/Skills: 2+ years of experience working in Domestic Staffing. Extensive experience in cold callings, email marketing. Strong experience with MS Excel, Word, Mail merge. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills (Both verbal & written). Be Proactive, ability to multitask, can work Individually.
