US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for US clients — from understanding requirements to onboarding candidates.
Source candidates using
Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed)
and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and suitability.
Negotiate salary rates and terms of employment (W2, C2C, 1099).
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and follow up until closure.
Maintain candidate and client relationships for future requirements.
Work collaboratively with the account management team to understand client needs and deliver quality profiles.
Meet and exceed
daily/weekly hiring targets
and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–4 years of experience
as a US IT Recruiter (preferably in agency or consulting environment).
Strong understanding of
US Tax Terms
(W2, C2C, 1099) and
US Visas
(H1B, GC, TN, USC).
Experience sourcing through
job portals, social media, and referrals
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work in
night shifts (US time zones)
.
Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
