Hiring for USA based big Multinational Company (MNC) We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Recruitment Manager to lead our efforts in attracting, hiring, and retaining top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and the recruitment lifecycle, along with proven leadership capabilities to manage a team of recruiters and optimize recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment. Lead and manage a team of technical recruiters to meet hiring goals across engineering, product, data science, and IT departments. Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and role requirements. Develop and implement data-driven recruiting strategies and sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) and continuously optimize processes. Collaborate with HR and leadership on employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the tech industry. Stay updated on current trends in tech recruiting and the competitive talent landscape. Manage external partnerships with staffing agencies, job boards, and recruitment technology providers. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills, especially in software engineering, data science, DevOps, and cybersecurity. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting and complex technical searches.
