Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across Tamil Nadu. * Drive bulk hiring drives, campus recruitment, walk-ins, and job fairs. * Source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media, and local networks. * Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments in Tamil and English. * Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements. * Maintain candidate databases, track hiring metrics, and provide regular reports. * Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. * Build strong local networks for quick turnaround of frontline sales talent. Must-Have Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in sales or volume hiring). * Proficiency in Tamil spoken, written, and reading. * Prior experience in hiring for Tamil Nadu market. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Familiarity with ATS tools and MS Office.
