Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location:

Job Summary

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Design and update job descriptions based on hiring needs
Source potential candidates using online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
Screen resumes and application forms for qualification and relevance
Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person)
Post and advertise job openings on the company website, social media, job portals, and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Partner with hiring managers to forecast and meet recruitment needs
Assist new hires with the onboarding process and act as a consultant during their transition

Requirements

1+ year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience using sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches and social media recruiting
Solid understanding of employee referral programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong decision-making and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field (preferred)
