HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified professionals to help meet our revenue targets and growth goals. This role combines expertise in both recruitment and a strong understanding of sales functions. Key Accountabilities & Deliverables : Job Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with sales leaders and hiring managers to define the skills and experience needed for sales roles. Candidate Sourcing : Use job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and events to find potential candidates. Screening & Interviewing : Review resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/in-person), and assess candidates sales abilities and cultural fit. Interview Co-ordination : Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assessment & Reference Checks : Administer sales-related assessments and conduct reference checks to verify candidate backgrounds. Offer Negotiation : Assist in negotiating job offers and compensation packages1. Onboarding Support : Work with HR and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires1. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices14. Database Management : Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in business, HR, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for sales roles. Familiarity with sales KPIs, industry trends, and assessment. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
