We are Hiring

Talent Acquisition Recruiter Talent Excellence (BHR, ER) - Domestic & International

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore we have Recruiter openings in both sites But BHR only in Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.

  • Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate profiles.

  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

BHR or ER (Bangalore):

If you have experience in Domestic and International as BHR or ER

  1. Policy Development

    : HR is responsible for creating and updating policies that govern employee behavior and workplace conduct. Clear policies help prevent misunderstandings and disputes, ensuring a fair work environment.
  2. Conflict Resolution

    : When conflicts arise, HR professionals act as mediators to resolve disputes fairly. They work to maintain a positive atmosphere by ensuring that all parties are heard and that solutions are equitable.
  3. Communication Facilitation

    : HR facilitates effective communication between management and employees. This includes organizing meetings, distributing information, and ensuring employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
  4. Employee Engagement

    : HR plays a crucial role in promoting employee engagement through initiatives such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, and programs aimed at enhancing job satisfaction and motivation. Engaged employees are more productive and committed to their work.
  5. Training and Development

    : HR provides training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, which can lead to improved job satisfaction and performance. This includes workshops on effective communication and conflict resolution.
  6. Legal Compliance

    : HR ensures that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, helping to prevent legal issues related to employment practices. This includes managing relationships with unions and employee representatives when necessary.
  7. Creating a Positive Culture

    : HR is tasked with fostering a strong company culture that promotes mutual respect, trust, and appreciation among employees. This contributes to a healthy work environment and overall organizational performance.
