Job Description

Role/Summary:

Job Responsibility:

1. Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.

2. Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.

3. Act as a focal point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches.

4. Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.

5. Discuss business strategies, HR challenges, and HR plans that can help the business with senior management and key stakeholders.

6. Work with senior management in their business area to make sure employees have the skills and resources they need to achieve their objectives.

7. Partners with the management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.

8. Recommend employee relation practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

9. Develop plans for recruitment, training, restructuring, and succession and help relevant staff implement them.

10. Manage the recruitment process for Onroll and Contract employees using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a skilled workforce.

11. Analyze human resource metrics and compare results to key performance indicators

12. Work on Employee Retention Strategies and perform the Exit interview formalities as and when required.

Prerequisite Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication that includes active listening, for determining business goals and suggesting ways to achieve them through human resource initiatives
  • Logic, analytics, and problem-solving to evaluate business metrics and determine ways to improve results
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, including inclusion and diversity programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of the industry, focus area, and business trends
