End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.
Assist in monthly payroll inputs and coordination with the payroll team.
Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Ensure documentation and joining formalities are completed on time.
Conduct exit interviews and complete exit documentation.
Coordinate full & final settlements
