Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HRMS
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and talent availability.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company's culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Participate in various talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of job offers, including salary negotiations and contract terms
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process.

Skills

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Qualification

  • MBA or Post graduate in HR.
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
