Job Description Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for content and ranking improvement. Optimize website content, metadata, and technical elements for on-page SEO. Build high-quality backlinks through ethical off-page SEO strategies. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMrush. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Create and manage engaging content. Monitor social media trends and audience insights to drive engagement and follower growth. Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring ROI and performance optimization. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive online presence. Requirements and skills Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and identify key trends that drive marketing strategy. Problem-Solving Capabilities: Ability to quickly identify issues and propose actionable solutions based on data. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing and other senior management.
