Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of recruiters to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Oversee bulk hiring, permanent staffing, temporary staffing, contract staffing, and recruitment consulting services.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client requirements.
Identify new business opportunities by networking within the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven track record in managing teams and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong understanding of technical aspects of IT recruitment (e.g., programming languages).
Excellent client handling skills with ability to build long-term relationships.
