Job Description

About the Role:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across various levels and departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop role-specific hiring strategies.
Source potential candidates using online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate and drive the interview process including follow-ups and timely closure of feedback.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and practices.
Generate recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards for review.
Provide an excellent candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in HR preferred.
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and recruitment tools.
Ability to assess candidate skills, experience, and relevant fit to the job profile.
High level of ownership, initiative, and integrity.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in infrastructure, engineering, or manufacturing domains.
Exposure to employer branding and social media hiring.
Understanding of diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
