Role & responsibilities : Supervise and manage nursery operations, ensuring optimal plant health and growth. Oversee farming activities, including crop management, irrigation, and pest control. Monitor and maintain records of daily activities and progress in farming and nursery operations. Collaborate with the team to implement best agricultural practices and innovations Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Horticulture. 2-3 years of relevant experience in farming and nursery supervision. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
