Job description Candidate will be based at Plant location in Mahad Raigad as a Sr. Manager- Taxation (GST) and he will be responsible for handling following:- Candidate will be responsible to maintain all GST related statutory compliance/procedures and maintain up-to-date DATA base, records as per requirement and support AVP Finance. Candidate will be responsible to maintain old records are maintained in retrievable condition for 7 year period as per statutory norms. Candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate filing/submission of all Returns i.e. monthly, quarterly, yearly etc. and send required information to HO before the due date of return also ensure to file the return on or before the due date. Candidate will be responsible for pending Input Tax Credit (ITC) claim in respect of Goods Ensure to check the applicable tax credit. Candidate will be responsible to take follow-up with purchase/supplier for pending ITC claims/Invoices, Tax Payment within its prescribed time limit. Candidate will be responsible for statutory Audit of Excise/Customs/GST to be faced Comply the all procedure of De-bonding of EOU Unit. Candidate will be responsible for effective performance management review (for Goal setting, quarterly, half yearly & annually) and feedback to team. Preferred candidate profile B. com, M.COM, Inter CA, with 10 15 yrs. exp in handling GST and other taxation preferably in Chemical or Bulk Drug Company at plant level. Candidate should be good experience in handling taxation GST matters end to end. Candidate should be good experience in SAP, Audit of Excise/Customs/GST etc. Candidate should have good knowledge statutory compliance/procedures and maintain up-to-date DATA base, records as per requirement. Candidate should have good experience in enterprise management software program. Candidate should ensure effective implementation of Taxation/GST compliance and also coordination and support to all internal stakeholders.
