Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage site operations, including labor control, supervision, and quality assurance.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, sub contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Supervise execution of civil works including RCC foundations, equipment foundations, machine bases, RCC trenches, industrial flooring, tanks, culverts and other infrastructure works
Strong knowledge about site activities, execution of concrete work, labor handling , monitoring site progress as per plan & resolving quality issues at site
Ability to understand construction drawings and workout steel & shuttering quantities , preparing BBS from reinforcement drawings
Good knowledge about Site Safety and well versed with Industrial Safety norms.
Good communication skills in Hindi or local language to deliberate duties to labors and controlling the site as per plan
