Implement strict Quality control at project site Ensure compliance with IS codes, material testing, and QAP requirements for concrete, soil, and other materials used in construction. Perform cube testing and other physical tests to verify product quality at site Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and certifications. Good knowledge about relevant IS codes in construction industry Preparing monthly QA/ QC MIS for the site Site quality control activities Material / Soil Testing procedures Keep all records as per ISO requirement

Well verse with Industrial Civil construction projects Oversee construction management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Responsibilities: Prepare billing statements for clients and subcontractors. Conduct quantity surveys, rate analyses, bar bending schedules, and quantity estimations. Manage project billings from RA bills to BBS. Preparing monthly RA bills of client preparing project schedule in MSP Quantity estimate & forecast Material reconciliation statements Good verbal & written communication skills
