Roles and Responsibilities Conduct quality control activities on construction projects, including industrial buildings and infrastructure development. Implement strict Quality control at project site Ensure compliance with IS codes, material testing, and QAP requirements for concrete, soil, and other materials used in construction. Perform cube testing and other physical tests to verify product quality at site Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and certifications. Good knowledge about relevant IS codes in construction industry Preparing monthly QA/ QC MIS for the site Site quality control activities Material / Soil Testing procedures Keep all records as per ISO requirement

Roles and Responsibilities Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Well verse with Industrial Civil construction projects Oversee construction management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes. Ensure timely completion of civil engineering tasks within budget constraints. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. BBS & client billing as per BOQ Timely completion of project Quantity Surveying

Responsibilities: Prepare billing statements for clients and subcontractors. Conduct quantity surveys, rate analyses, bar bending schedules, and quantity estimations. Manage project billings from RA bills to BBS. Preparing monthly RA bills of client preparing project schedule in MSP Quantity estimate & forecast Material reconciliation statements Good verbal & written communication skills

Oversee civil construction activities on industrial projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Interaction with client engineer & PMC engineer Preparing JMRs for billing Preparing BBS as per the drawings Should have experience in Industrial Projects Should have well versed with using Auto CAD & MSP
