Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Oversee industrial construction projects, including site management and supervision of laborers.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Good communication skills to co-ordinate with client & other stakeholders

Good Leadership skills to lead the team of 70 plus employees and 700 indirect workmen

Develop detailed project reports on time schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Managing overall progress of the project in agreed timelines and giving target outcomes to the company

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in civil project management or related field (industrial projects).
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices; proficiency in MS Office applications.

Handled similar projects in past independently with reputed companies in Industrial construction
