Ensuring availability of best equipments and manpower necessary to complete the project Maintaining construction site activity detailed records.
Analysing DPR & WPR regularly Efficiently managing the procurement of quality material .
Providing schedules to vendors/contractors and following up on the same Organising equipment's and manpower necessary to complete the project Collecting, evaluating and maintaining detailed records of construction site activities.
Supervising transportation and general construction activities Recording site observations and analysing DPR/WPR.
Supervise contractors and manage invoices Manage procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project.
Coordination with architect and consultants and getting deliverables as per plan Ability to increase worker efficiency and effectiveness Ability to deal with difficult workers
