Job Description

Location : Goregaon (Extensive Traveling will be involved) Job Purpose To lead and manage the talent acquisition function for the assigned zone in West India, ensuring the organization is staffed with the right talent aligned with business needs. This role involves strategic planning, execution of recruitment initiatives, team leadership, and stakeholder management to meet manpower objectives in a fast-paced life insurance environment. Key Responsibilities Zonal Recruitment Management: Ensure branches and offices across the zone are staffed as per the manpower plan through effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Strategic Talent Acquisition: Deploy diverse sourcing channels such as employee referrals, vendor partnerships, job portals, and social media to attract qualified candidates. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 to 4 recruiters, driving performance to meet hiring targets and maintain recruitment quality. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with zone heads, branch managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and influence them to achieve staffing goals. Process Optimization: Implement and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill. Compliance and Advisory: Provide guidance on recruitment policies, company processes, and compliance related to hiring and onboarding. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across West India to support recruitment activities and stakeholder engagement.
