The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in dyeing processes and a solid understanding of garment finishing technologies. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Tonello garment dyeing machines. Identify potential customers and build relationships with textile manufacturers and processing units. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase machine capabilities. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in garment dyeing technology. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate or Postgraduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Strong dyeing background with hands-on experience in garment processing. Excellent technical knowledge of dyeing machinery and processes. Proficiency in computer applications for reporting, presentations, and communication Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in textile machinery sales or garment dyeing is a plus. Operation & Monitoring Operate and monitor ETP equipment such as pumps, blowers, aerators, RO units, filters, and dosing systems. Check and maintain flow rate, pH, TDS, COD, BOD, and other parameters within prescribed limits. Ensure consistent operation of the system during all shifts. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Conduct regular preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical components in the ETP system. Inspect and repair pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, and instrumentation as per the maintenance schedule. Maintain proper lubrication, alignment, and performance of all ETP equipment. Troubleshooting & Breakdown Handling Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, and control systems and take corrective action promptly. Coordinate with the maintenance and utility teams for complex breakdown issues. Record Keeping & Reporting Maintain logbooks of daily operations, parameters, and maintenance activities. Report any deviations, abnormal readings, or breakdowns to the ETP Engineer/Shift In-Charge immediately. Support documentation for internal audits and environmental compliance. Chemical Handling & Housekeeping Safely handle and dose treatment chemicals (lime, alum, chlorine, polymer, etc.) as per SOPs. Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene around the ETP area. Ensure proper disposal of sludge and solid waste as per environmental norms. Safety & Compliance Follow all safety protocols while handling equipment, chemicals, and wastewater. Ensure compliance with PCB (Pollution Control Board) guidelines and company environmental policies. Participate in safety training and emergency response drills.

Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for equipment, pipelines, and work areas in accordance with food safety standards. Conduct routine quality checks on temperature, pressure, and product consistency, ensuring compliance with QA specifications. Coordinate with production planning, maintenance, and packaging teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely batch completion. Record daily production data, downtime, and process deviations, and report issues for corrective action and improvement.
